Move-In Shield – Landlord

Stop saving check-in photos in your camera roll. Move-In Shield guides you room by room, and produces a professional, dated PDF inventory to send to your tenant on day one. At check-out, it shows the old photo over the camera so you retake each one from the same spot, then builds a before-and-after pack for the deposit scheme. Anyone, including the adjudicator, can check the PDF is genuine at sortedtemplates.co.uk/verify.
