Can landlords and agents use Move-In Shield?
Yes. Choose Landlord or Letting agent when you start. The report then says who prepared it, agents can add their name and logo, and the next steps are written for you.
How does a tenant or adjudicator know the report is genuine?
Every official PDF is locked to a receipt. Anyone can upload it at sortedtemplates.co.uk/verify. If even one letter or photo has been changed, the check fails.
Is there a subscription?
No. Landlord is £19.99 one-off for 5 different properties. Letting agent is £49.99 one-off for 30 different properties, with your logo. Each property includes both its check-in and check-out report, and a property only counts once.
Can the tenant confirm the report?
Yes. The tenant uploads the PDF at sortedtemplates.co.uk/verify and records “I agree” or “I disagree” with a comment. Anyone who verifies the PDF later sees their answer.
Where are the photos stored?
On the phone used to take them, never on our servers. Each report has a backup .zip, so you can keep the originals with your tenancy records.
